Twofour is developing a new business series which will follow families who have reached a turning point in their lives thanks to the credit crunch.  “We are bombarded daily with doom and gloom about debt, recession and job losses but some people are refusing to be beaten,” explains Twofour’s  Head of Factual Entertainment, Juliet Rice.  “They and are thinking ‘sod it’, we are going to follow our passion and turn our pipe dream into a new business reality.”

Twofour is looking for families who are using the recession as the catalyst they need to pluck up the courage and embark on their own dream business – either here or abroad.  “This is an aspirational show,” adds Juliet. “We want the audience to be really behind these families - so the higher the stakes, the bigger and  whackier the business ideas the better.”
