Ty Pennington’s Great British Adventure, which Twofour produced for UKTV, has been acquired by the US network ABC.  The show premiered on UKTV Style (recently rebranded Home) in September 2008, securing the highest ratings ever for a UKTV Style commission with a 136% slot uplift. 

The one hour special has secured a primetime slot on ABC airing on 2 August  at 8-9pm, ET.

A massive star in the US, Ty Pennington presents the phenomenally successful  Extreme Makeover: Home Edition on ABC but Ty’s Great British Adventure will give American viewers the chance to see another side to Ty when he is tasked to transform a rundown Cornish coastal town.  It’s a big challenge!

Twofour is currently producing a second series, featuring two more UK projects, which will air later this year on Home.
