About programme 1
In the opening programme we meet experienced PCSO Jackie Fulham who is trying to sort out kids playing football where they shouldn't on the Ingol Estate in Preston. The residents on the Estate are keen for the Police to do something about it, and of course Jackie jumps into action. Down in Oxford PC Rob Fisher has a tricky assignment to deal with, he's trying to track down the owner of a dangerous dog. He's had reports that a possibly dangerous and illegal American Pit Bull may be residing in a house on the Risinghurst Estate, but it's not going to be simple to get to the bottom of this. Over in the City Centre Sergeant Andy Thompson is the Community Officer involved with keeping the lid on the action on a Friday night, and with the new students back it's a busy one. Whilst on the Brookfield Estate in Preston we meet PC Abid Majid for the first time as he tries to track down a missing boy. We also see Anti Social Behaviour Officer David Lingard in action. He's the troubleshooter for the local private Housing Association, and he's not afraid to tell bad tenants what they are doing wrong.
