03/11/2007 TWOFOUR WINS FOUR ROYAL TELEVISION SOCIETY AWARDS

Twofour had an excellent evening at the RTS Devon and Cornwall Centre Awards held in Plymouth on Friday night (30 November 2007) picking up four awards. Crip on a Trip, the story of 18 year old Dominic Hyams, who has brittle bones, and his inter-railing adventure won Best Network Documentary. Produced and directed by Rachel Currie and Will Sergeant and exec produced by Emma Morgan the award was collected by Louise Burt and Austin Ellard. Life Begins Again, a 30 part series for Channel 4 following people who have decided to live out their long-cherished dreams won Best Network Series. Produced by Lizi Wootten, directed by Alexis Girardet and Russ Nabb and edit directed by John Oven, the award was accepted by Emma Chatterjee and Neil Edwards. Twofour also won in the Best Non Broadcast Production category picking up the award for its powerful film My Daddy, produced by Nic Fieldsend and directed by Peter Thornhill for the Driving Standards Agency. Austin Ellard also won the highly prized Craft Award for Picture Editing.
