Emma joined the Twofour development team in 2003 helping to win commissions such as the returning paranormal series Dead Famous for LIVING and executive producing the award-winning Why Men Wear Frocks with Grayson Perry for Channel 4 (nominated for Most Entertaining Documentary Grierson award 2005 and winner of Best Factual Programme Regional RTS award 2005).

In addition to growing Twofour's specialist factual slate, Emma has also executive produced many high rating and award winning documentaries for a broad range of broadcaster including Saving Ed Mitchell (ITV1) gaining an audience of almost 4 million, Boob Envy (Virgin1) their highest rating show in thief first quarter on air, Crip on a Trip (Channel 4) winner of a 2007 RTS Education award, Fame Asylum (Channel 4) shortlisted for an RTS Education award, and The Place Prize (Channel 4).

She has previously worked for Independent Image producing Kilroy, LWT Arts and Features working on studio debates with Melvyn Bragg and Optomen Television where she developed a wide slate of programmes including gaining access to the extraordinary Francis Fulford for The F***ing Fulfords for Channel 4's Cutting Edge strand.
