Joe is responsible for overseeing programme output and for stimulating the growth of Twofour's factual entertainment, features and documentary slate. He created The Baron for ITV1, has overseen two series of the award-winning Beat: Life on the Street (ITV1) and numerous other projects including Make My Body Younger (BBC3), Saving Ed Mitchell (ITV1). He is currently executive producing a major six-part series for BBC TWO, a new factual entertainment format for BBC THREE and programmes for several other broadcasters. Joe's other priority is to continue Twofour's drive into the US market.
Before joining Twofour in 2006 Joe had built a reputation delivering groundbreaking television series both in the UK and in the US. He launched the Airline series for ITV1 (and executive produced the first three series), he created the LWT documentaries department and executive produced numerous Cutting Edge (C4) and Real Life (ITV1) documentaries. In the US he ran major network reality shows including Survival of the Richest (the WB), Boss Swap (ABC), Vacation Swap (ABC) and Faking It (TLC).
