Save Our Boozer sees award-winning landlord Jay Smith lead five communities as they revamp their stricken pubs, taking them over for good as part of a mission to bring back the great British boozer in their home town. Everyone involved is trained in all the necessary skills to run their pub as a successful not for profit organisation, ploughing any money made back into their community.
